I remember encountering this a couple years ago when I originally got into SH3 but I've forgotten what the fix is. I'll be reloading an external torp and accidentally submerge (note to self: change the "snorkel depth" key so it's not right next to "rudder amidships"). Even if I abort the maneuver instantly, the external torp loading will freeze and I can't get it started again. This has the effect of rendering any remaining internal reserves useless because they're permanently waiting in the queue.
I've tried everything I can think of but nothing seems to fix it short of going back to a previous save . . . of course the bug happens when I've made a perfect interception of a task force doing 22 kts, that I couldn't repeat if I live to be a thousand . . . :damn:
