I love the line "About an hour after each meal my stomach starts to hurt and growl. I feel hungry again."
Probably thinks he should be served Muckdonalds and all the rest while he's in jail:nope:

Oh that is just fubar. The food sucks. So what. Its

JAIL:damn: :damn: :damn:

This is right up there with the guy who burgled a home: heard a noise; got spooked, ran out into the backyard, and fell into the drained swiming pool breaking his leg in the process.

Then, he sued the owner.

I'm afraid not,
a bit sick really.

I wonder why officials even bother about him he isn't starving to death,
he is in the bloody place for something way worse so IMO he better keeps his mouth shut.

Actually he hasn't been convicted (yet). "Innocent until proven guilty" remember?

I doubt he's gonna get anywhere with this case. Any judge with a grain of sense, etc etc.

Regarding the guy who fell in the pool while robbing a house, I'm not surprised. Are any of you expecting an outbreak of conscience from a burglar once they get a chance to sue?

He missed his opportunity. He should have just written a book on his weight loss technique... "The Incarceration Diet", these days it might have made him millions $$$...

I can't remember the exact dates but it had to be between 1981 and 1983.

In Utah, a state prisoner escaped and was on the lamm. After being caught, he tried to sue the state of Utah.

It appeared that he was over stressed and emotionally damaged because for the past week, state and local police were chasing him like he was some sort of animal.

He described the angst of hiding and being scared every time he saw the police.

The state of Utah was not impressed and gave him another five.

They should just feed this pig those triple burger things from Wendy's about 5 times a day. He'll be dead long before his law suit make it to court. :know::lol:
