There i was on patrol and i sight a C2 cargo ship, i take my time and line up for a shot at 3500m i fire my first and 30 sec later fired a second. The first hit and must of been a fluke as she started sinking by the stern it was then that i noticed suvivors in the water by the bow. I thought what the heck, i wonder if i can rescue them. Then the second torp hit and an almighty fireball exploded and the suvivors were no more. I started to feel sorry for them, How real is this game!!!

I didn't think stock SHIII modelled sailors on vessels due to the moral questions involved... are you using a mod?

Kaluen,

Maybe your watch crew spotted some seagulls floating on the ships garbage released into the sea by your eel?

Or perhaps 'twas some debris cast upon the waves?

Thats what I tell myself as I send hundreds to the black icy depths. :arrgh!:

It must've been some kind of debri of the ship. But perhaps you mean the sailors who are actually being thrown in the air when the ship explodes?

Okay, I guess, but I much prefer this early raw version.

That version's still fairly early, though; you can't beat Jon Lord wailing on that organ plur Ritchie Blackmore's guitar. But really, that first one: 5 guitars and an orchestra?

All time favorite DP for me: their cover of Neil Diamond's 'Kentucky Woman', from Book of Taliesyn.

I also liked, amongst others Led Zeppelin, Uriah Heep, The Who etc. etc. etc.
