Hey, Brag!
Looks like I was first in line to sign up for the drawing. I signed your guestbook and fired off an e-mail, pronto. I hope it's a good sign! :D
To be honest, I've been wanting to get your book but finances have kept me from doing so. I suppose now is my big chance to get to read "Kingmaker" by this summer.
I told my brother-in-law to get your book and to help spread the word. He's into novels dealing with espionage, intrigue, and Cold-War style plots. I suppose some of his interest comes from his college degree in history, where he studied a great deal on WWII and the Third Reich.
I've said it before, thank you for having this contest and please also give my thanks to your publisher.
Now I feel like a kid waiting on Christmas. I can hardly wait to find out the results of the drawing on May thirty-first!
By the way, glad to see you're still around. :yep: Your posts in the SH3 section have been kind of sparse, lately.
Graf!
Indeed, you are the first. So I wish you luck.
Spreading the word is good. I really appreciate that. If you brother in law is a history buff, he will get double the enjoyment from the geopolitical sub plot woven into the story.
The sort of stuff that makes the reader think.
First is not always best...so I went for quality.
Did I happen to mention that it would be appreciated if it could be a signed copy?
:arrgh!:

"Signed Copy"! :D
Now that would indeed make for a great selling point in the contest. :hmm:
Not to say having "Kingmaker" with your John Hancock scrawled inside the flyleaf wouldn't be icing on the cake, Brag, but I'd be happy with a copy of the book even if it were dog-eared pages with a creased cover! :yep:
As for your next novel, It's a toss-up between "The Gelwitz Cipher" and "Angry as the Sea" for me. Both sample chapters had me hooked and wanting more!
I definitely am going to need to start saving my pennies, so long as you keep writing, Brag!
It will be a signed copy with an International Spy Museum book plate. :D
I'm working ar fixing The Gelwitz Cipher. Angry as the Sea requires more work as it is the first novel I wrote.
Yeah, save your pennies
Bumping as it is a freebie :D
