Well someone could drive a car in a Tallink ferry and blow it up, or maybe wait untill he hits downtown Tallin. It only takes one.

True that, but i dont live in Tallinn:smug:
The terror threat in Estonia is as low as it has ever been because we are not significant ennough to attack. Ofcourse an attack could take place, but that really wouldnt change much anything. A few people would be dead, some more injured, some mid ranking military officials would get hung out to dry, security would be tightened ad bit and thats it.
Edit: it would allso give groups who are otherways in bitter rivalries a common enemy to target.

Your not using your imagination, those ferrys take 2000-3000 passengers, in the summer full of turists from all over Europe. Easy to sink if you can flood the car deck. They should be on the top of the list of our security services. You know how easy it would be to drive car bomb in one.:nope:

Aye, but in all seriousness I'm not part of the security forces so there really isnt much I can do about it. how thay approach the situation is beyond my controll and worrying about things I can do nothing about is not something I do.
I still say Estonia is not a target of any real significance.

Think you may find that militant Islamic groups, parties and their members are quite probably under pretty close surveillance, infact many of their members may well be informants or actual secret service agents.
Its not the vocal public groups that you have to watch out for. Its the groups that only become apperant after they have carried out an attack.

Very true. I heard it said one time that the US Secret Service has a maxim about threats to the VVIPs under its protection - those that write don't shoot and those that shoot don't write.
