View Full Version : Help...trojan In My Gwx Bin File!!!

lo all
have just run a standard virus check as i usually do every week or so and it alerts me that a " WIN:32 Klone-BLA "virus is in my gwx 2.0 bin file 6.
does anyone know what this is
and most importantly...can i get a new 6.bin file without having to uninstall gwx
im gutted
hope theres an answer out there

If gwx is already installed you can just delete the .bin, you won't need it.

had a look...ive removed it....it just means if anything goes wrong in the future then i'll just have to d/l gwx all over again!!!......or hopefully gwx2.1:up: :up: :up: yay

Let me guess - you're running avast! Antivirus?
If so, that thing reports more false positives than it does positives! (OK I exaggerate a little, but it is well known for false positives - just google to see what I mean. ;))

It does report more than its fair share but it has found some that other's have failed. Same thing happens with the OLC download too.
