SH4 loading problems

i cant play sh4 bacause a message says SH4.exe - unable to locate componant. this application has failed to start because d3dx9_32.dll was not found. try re-installing.

i even tryed to upgrade the verson and it still says that. what should i do now???

After a google of the filename is is a DirectX component. Go to your CD, RIGHT click and explore, go to DirectX folder and setup.exe. Or you can go to this thread and do one of the options.

You need the latest DirectX 9 runtime (because you have chosen not to install it from the SH4 disk). You can download it from Microsoft (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=740AC79A-5B72-447D-84F9-EE6407ED1A91&displaylang=en).
