As a Microsoft enthusiest I bought a Zune, and I like it much better than the I pod. I pods are still more popular though so what are yoyr thoughts on the MP3 battle.

Ipod. Zunes have annoying MP3 copy protection schemes in them.

Zunes have the extremely annoying DRM, and, well, it's a MS product. Major obstacle in my book.

Ipod ,Nothing I've seen or read gives me any reason to change to a Zune - actually gives me more reasons to stick with the Ipod.

Well ubuntu is just too awesome!!!!! not to use.:rock:
I'm an iPod guy. I don't see any reason not to use an iPod and the Zune isn't a very convincing competitor.

I'm sticking with my iPod. The fact that the Zune isn't sold here in Australia is one reason, but the fact that there is more accesories out there for ipod than Zune in another reason.

Ipod lover here, Zune is not my cup of coffee.
You look like a loser if you have anything else than an iPod. Especially around chicks.

This post has been quoted in order to preserve it for future generations.

And there you have it! It is all a status thing with IPOD and you are paying more for less really just because it says IPOD. BFD! I got my girls Sansa and they love them. Their friends like them better than their IPODs and Nano IPOD. The fecking accessories for IPOD are way over priced.

I got an 8GB Samsung P2 at Christmas it's a great little touchscreen device and they keep adding new toys through firmware updates, plus there's no protection nonsence.

Yes, there are plenty other music devices out there that are far better than IPOD. Like I said, my girls love the Sansa. Sansa uses Rhapsody and loading music on is such a snap. These players have a boat load of features IPOD does not offer and these units were half the price at twice the gigs.
Let see it was the IPOD nano with no screen and about a gig for music...$115.00. The Sansa I purchased played video, music, radio and a few other features....$89.00. This unit was 2 gig.
