Charleston Heston:hmm:. I probably saw this movie back in 1978. When I see Charleston I always think of chimps and Moses.

It was pretty good although bearded sailors and officers was a bit 1970ish...

When I see Charleston I always think of chimps and Moses.
I always remember his superlative performance as Richelieu in The Three Musketeers and The Four Musketeers. He's just one of the actors who made those movies great.

Not a bad film in it's day.....but soon become one of the myriad of disaster theme stories turned into adventure type movie non spectaculars.

The scene where he looks through the hatch window and sees the guy drowning on the other side is positively chilling.

I'll always remember Charlton Heston for his massive overacting... running around yelling, "SOYLANT GREEN IS PEOPLE !!!!!" :rotfl:
