LOL now that would be something, "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Atlanta. Unfortunately you will have to parachute out of the plane, because I have a natural inability to land it in one piece!" :rotfl: :rotfl: ;)
Unfortunately you will have to parachute out of the plane...
Fine by me. I always preferred making my own way to the ground... :yep:

Each for their own . I've always wanted to do a parachute jump, would be quite an adrenaline kick I should imagine! My dad thinks I'm nuts, "First you want to be a pilot in a plane, then you want to jump out of a perfectly good one?!" Lol.

As my old Sergeant once told me "It's the most fun you can have with your pants still on" and he was right. :yep:
A few years ago (actually almost 10 already) during one of our Army reunions a bunch of us went parachuting. It was the first time i had ever jumped with a square parachute and Man those things can sure fly! So different from the mc-1s and T10s we used to use in the service.
The coolest part was while i was up there a hawk appeared and took up station on me about 15 feet off to the side, just like a wingman flying in formation. I'd turn and he'd turn right with me. We flew together like that for almost 2 minutes before he peeled off and left. It was one of the neatest experiences of my lifetime.
