You might want to check the other vids from the same uploader. I've seen some of his vids before, there's tons of WWII stuff there. I'm thinking those are bought/borrowed from the archives as he seems to have recorded the vids while playing them on VHS/DVD player (You can hear talk few times on this film from the background).

EDIT: oh wait, there's talk almost all the time. 2 ppl talking about the planes etc. Just increase the volume.
