Have you ever read the SH3 Mods forum? There is a thread there devoted to just that - things taken from SH4 and applied to SH3.

As for SH4 itself, my machine won't run it, but most of the people playing it love it; and the new U-Boat add-on has everyone speculating about a complete upgrade, so u-boaters can have the awesome graphics and crew management as well.

I thought there were quite a few bugs left in sh4, have they been resolved?

SH4 is no different to what SH3 was like when it was released.
Patches/upgrades are an ongoing process that will eventually/hopefully eradicate most if not all of the issues.

Get rid of the hideous SH4 interface and I would play it more
Well more than the 3 times I have played it

Thats what I was thinking... everytime I see a screen of the SH4 interface I just feel a bit queasy and think I couldn't make the switch just for the lack of 6dials simfeeling.;)
just to change the chat a little, can someone tell me the name of the poem that is read out at the begining of sh4 intro seqence....
and i still prefer the intro to sh3 - i think its a classic and i wish a studio would take up the idea and go all the way, i know some one has tried that here somewhere and an amazing job of it too, so er, thats my tuppence in the fountain...
