Some pretty cool docs here:
http://www.foia.cia.gov/

Just finished reading a formerly clasified paper from the late 1980s on Soviet perceptions of US naval strategy. :|\\ Depending on what you read, a lot may still be redacted, though.

Wow! That's some good reading ... thank you kindly.

This will chill you for sure: http://www.foia.cia.gov/browse_docs.asp

They won't let you copy anything, but here's what it says:

"The effects of some of these engineered biological agents could be worse than any disease known to man."

"monitoring WMD development could prove inadequate to deal with the threat from these advanced biological weapons."

That was written in 2003 ... If you can't even trust a modern day WMD checker what can you trust?

Type the word 'stealth' into the box 'Search Declassified Docs:' and a list will appear. The second from the top entitled 'THE DARKER BIOWEAPONS FUTURE' is a link, click on it to view the report.
