NICE!
Question: How often does this occur, and under what circumstances, did it occur?

It looks like over the horizon smoke stacks. Early versions of LBO (testers versions) had this problem when trying to push the visual limits. The difference is, they never went from horizon to horizon.

Im assuming hes using TMO, so it would be helpful if i knew the exact circumstances of this visual bug, and if hes applying any mod on top of TMO that alters the scene.dat file.
That was NOT what i expected! that was a good laugh! LOL well done! :) but uhh, no, i dont have any productive input for you either, sorry....
but funny!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh, you forgot to retract the roof on the dome?:arrgh!:
Ten years from now, this encounter will be documented in Project Blue Book.

This is what I'm thinking.
Only happened ONCE and I think time compression kicked it off. So weird I HAD to show you guys.

It's a fracture in the space/time continuum. Duci accidentally caused this with his latest version of TM. As a result, he's now stuck in an eternal modding loop where he both loves and hates modding in equal amounts. :D

Ive noticed Time compression doing alot of weird things. 15 kt winds, and the ocean being nearly as smooth as a sheet of glass for one example. Im not sure if its related to my scene.dat or not. Im seriously considering reversing all the wave changes and go back to a stock 1.5 scenario wtih a few asthetic adjustments. Im Just trying to figure out if theres any bennfit in that.

Only a guess but.... Something VERY expensive on your rig is going to take a crap.:D Always doe's for me.
Gotta say it was kinda kool.
I hope its not something expensive going to take a crap. I just had this happen to me, I remembered seeing this thread earlier and wondering wtf?
Anyway, I've used high time compression, and I'm running TMO.
