ASW CTD solution?

Seems every so often when i'm being attacked by an ASW Trawler I get a CTD.. this one happened as i was trying to enter Gibraltar in Sept. 1940 and was being depthcharged. Isn't there a fix for this.. if so enlighten me please..

Nothing worse than having sailed for 2 hours out of Lorient, sank 2 lone merchants, then have this happen.

Thanks for the quick reply.. extracted it to its proper location and replaced existing. Hopefully takes care of this "bug"..
