File Not Found

Having a small problem, when I go to play SH4 it goes through the loading screen and right when it gets to the Please Wait screen I get this message.

I did a search for the file and can't find it, not sure if it's part of a mod or an origonal game file... Please let me know and if its an origonal file if someone could host it for me I would appriciate it very much.

Which mods do yoiu have installed?

Not all are compatible with 1.5 yet as there were a BUNCH of changes to the menu_1024_768.ini file that can break older mods.

I dont have v1.5, im still running v1.4 ( I dont have the U-Boat Missions Expansion ) I did a search for the file across my entire hard drive and had no results, so I don't think the file was part of any mods I currently have.

EDIT: I found that the CovFlagShoreDefenses.dds is a file within the mod (Improved Campaign Layers v0.78 by Tater). I actually have the file in a backup archive for mods that were compatible with SH4 v1.3. I could just add the file back but since im no longer using the mod with v1.4 is there a way I can make the game not need it anymore? I find it kinda odd the game is still looking for the file, I know for a fact before I updated to v1.4 I disabled all the JSGME mods and I dont see why the game is still looking for it, its not like I had to manually edit any files like the menu_1024_768.ini...
