Because some people want to run the addon but keep their older install for the current mods, I've seen some questions on this.
Also saw a post where MultiSH4 does not work with 1.5 . . . but there is a workaround.
Copy your 1.4 install to create a second install and point that to a new save game folder using MultiSH4 per the instructions.
AFTER that is done, patch the original install and let it save to the default folder. I'm running a 1.4 and 1.5 version with no problems after doing it this way.
