Unlock SH4 Addon dont work ?

Hello

I download Sh4 Addon from Gamesload

i install the addon of my laptop and now i can not unlock the game...

but it is possible to unlock the protect software for the addon about internet and manual...

because i havent an internet connection i try to unlock manual, but nothing works..

How is that possible ?

i have a serial number

but manual unlock dont work ?

Is anyone else having a problem with this? I've tried diabling firewall and antivirus and seeing as I'm making this post, I am indeed connected to the internet :88) but the activation program keeps telling me I'm not connected to the internet.

I emailed Ubi about getting a manual unlock code but they've yet to respond.

i dont have a internet connection with my laptop because my laptop has not the possipility.

therfore firewall is not the problem

I don't think you can unlock the add-on (digital download version) without a connection to the internet.

A laptop without a LAN connector sounds like a machine that might not run the game well anyway.

Use your unlock code which you either got in a email or from your browser upon purchase and I think you need a internet connection aswell.

My friend had this problem but his was fixed by waiting. He downloaded the addon fast and so ubi didnt have time to activate his key, after around 1-2 hours he tryed agian and it worked fine.

I got mine from Direct2Drive. When I purchased the game, I was given an unlock code that I saved. I added that code when I started SH4:UB and it unlocked the game with no errors.
