Bolt Thrower was about the best there IMO. Excellent use of bass guiter. I used to listen to Cathedral when I was younger... Doom metal it was called at the time.

Saw them in 1991 myself. Not sure 'bout the year, but it was the Razor's Edge tour anyway. Blah, a good gig of course, but the drummer wasn't Phil Rudd still - who, BTW, is THE timekeeper for this band. He f*n grooves like no-one else... and that, I can assure you Sir, rings my bell at least :rock:
