um.dll not found, wth?

I just patched to 1.4 and enabled all my mods (tm1.7/silent service mod/ROW and some skins) and it says "um.dll not found, reinstalling the application may solve the problem":damn: :damn: :damn: :damn: anyone got this file that they can throw my way or something?

Ok I reinstalled and updated/installed mods. After the load splash screen I get a pop up saying "menu ID not found 0x43020005" :doh: :damn: :damn: Is Silent Service mod not compatible with TM1.7 or something??? Please say I can fix it, I love the SS mod, the intro vid is amazing.

EDIT: Its not the SS mod, ive removed it and it does the same :( HELP!

0x43020005 is for "Estimate speed button".

It means you installed a mod that is not even 1.3 compatible.

Does the unmodded game load? I found one reference to the same problem with a search:

Perhaps the files got moved/deleted during mod installation?

I've got it to work, don't know what it was though. ROW is gobsmackingly awesome! Looks like a real ocean. I installed the fix for blocky fire etc too, but still get blocky fire and oil patches? I installed ROW/PE last to avoid anything being overwritten.
