Hi kaleun,

My SH3 now is GWX2.0. the manual mentioned that the by using shift +R can control the Radar off and retract to the receptacle. but can found that it does not work on my computer :damn: I do not know why! need help!

What year is it?

Have you installed a Radar?

That is strange. So, I assume that you have installed the radar on your sub.
The round, rotating antenna is a radio antenna, not a radar antenna.
What type of sub are you using? And were you surfaced and on the bridge when you tried the shift-R?

Now i can only swith off the radar by travel to the telegrah room. but this make it a hard work to keep the radar on right orientation to correctly retract into the receptacle. too long time to do it!:damn: God, help me if I meet the air raid!

Just submerge if aircraft are inbound, the radar ant will retract automatically.;)

BTW, it's not hard to press Shift+R at the right time to retract the RA so that it matches the con space. However, it doesn't matter if it is not lined up correctly.

Hang on, just out of interest, what language are you playing GWX in (i.e text language)?:hmm: I want to check the commands.cfg of your language.

SetKeys allows you to edit the entries in the commands.cfg files.

I haven't got the latest version (would like it though) but you can get v1.11 from here - http://www.subsim.com/subsim_files/patches05/SetKey1_11.rar (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/../subsim_files/patches05/SetKey1_11.rar)

It gives you a graphical keyboard and allows you to select a pre-defined order, i.e Launch Torpedo and then assign a new key assignment to it.

Copy the commands.cfg to a new location and them edit those. The commands.cfg is a very touchy file and can easily mess your game up.

This version only supports the commands_en.cfg but you can change the entry and then copy it into different language versions.

@ All

Would like Setkeys 1.3 if anyone has it.:D
