I recall seeing some guy on TV who tried to carjack a van full of teenage girls and drive off with them in the van. But it turned out that they were the US Olympic Weomen's Judo team. Boy did that guy get a whipping !

Why shoot when a few healthy men had no problem tackling the guy?

Excess force there if I've ever heard of it. No need to get trigger happy - the case actually gives an obvious counter-point to your usual position, and a point to mine that in most cases, there are other ways of getting the job done :p

Also, Subman1, gun ownership rules are a lot tighter here in Australia than in many places around the globe. I'm sure they gave the guy they caught a little "hello" of their own. :yep:The police wouldn't have minded, as they would have been to busy laughing to hear complaints!:D
