I LOVE Orbiter. I've been noodling around with it since the first version was released years ago. I still fly missions (Usually space shuttle) when I feel the need to relax. I have Orbiter Sound installed and a metric ton of classical music in the music folder so when I exit the atmosphere, I'm treated to nice relaxing gentle music to float around by. It's the most relaxing, yet also most challenging flight sim I've ever played with. All these years and still it challenges me.
Thanks for the comments guys!
@ Blacklight: Indeed, I too found it is the most challenging sim, but also one of the most rewarding when you learn how to do something new.. :D

And the beautiful thing about it is that you're always learning something new ! No mission is ever the same twice.
Great movie btw !:D

That's because they come from Apollo 13.

BTW, the best relaxing view is the space station from 2001 and any nice piece of soft classical music (or new age). Better than the Star Trek screen saver.
Bah.......Humbug. Stop living in the pass and get your ass to Mars. ;)

Most excellent.
Sad to say that for the current generation, this is "old history" <sniff>
Well done
I love the line from the movie Apollo 13 spoken by Tom Hanks
We now live in an age where men have walked on the moon. It was not a miracle, we just decided to go.
We just decided to go :know:

That was very well done. Better than some movies I've paid to go see.
You should get your stuff archived for others to enjoy in the future. The Machinima Archive is dedicated to the academic investigation and historical preservation of the emerging art form known as machinima. Machinima is filmmaking within real-time, 3D virtual environments

It would definitely be a contender for the 2008 Mackies

(Don't know what happened to the 2007 Mackies) here's 2006

Thanks again guys! :)
Interesting links there Mothballs...I had never heard of those awards. It's something I might be watching for this year.
