Hans Stuhldreher, in command of U-47 a type VIIb U-boot successfully finishes his second patrol that started November 2, 1939 and ended December 12, 1939.
In total 61,551 tons of shipping sunk (all single ship encounters no convoys this trip) including:
4 Large Merchants
1 Tug Boat
1 Small Merchant
1 Passenger/Cargo
1 Medium Tanker
1 Small Freighter
1 Medium Cargo
Career total now 104,312 tons
