Dunno if this has been posted before (couldn't find anything), but I just stumbled on this cool site containing WWII News radio broadcasts in mp3 format.

Search around the site too for some other little radio gems - I'm currently listening to the 1938 "War of the Worlds" broadcast...I'm glad I'm not in NJ right now...

I guess I am going to spend a lot of time in the next week listening. This site is amazing.
I just dl and am listening to FDR on one of his fireside chats. I can remember these form my early childhood. All my family was 1st generation Irish to the US and they hated the British with a passion. I think FRD was instrumental in changing opinions in the early 40's.

Nice site JScones, some of the radio stations in SH4 have been made using this stuff, very nice effect in game, especially mixed in with news events. Be nice with SH3 as well ( minus the events ) :yep:
