Using 1.4 + Commander + GWX2

Prior to the mission, I receive orders to patrol grid AM 02

However when I reach AM 02 and I check my Mission objective I see

“Reach grid AM02 Incomplete :damn:

After patrolling for more than 24 game hours I see

“Patrol grid AM02 for 24 hours Incomplete :damn:

I know I am not the genius of the flotilla :88) , but I think I can be relied upon to look at the frickin in-game chart and see the big AM02 a floatin in the sea.

This has happened on several missions and I don’t seem to get any renown hit when I return back to port.

What am I doin wrong?:hmm:

some grids are displaced in comparison to the map, try to go deeper into it.

I plotted a search course to all four corners of Grid AM02 and repeated the pattern several times. :cry:

If I remember correctly you dont get any renown for patroling your grid with GWX 2.0 anyway. So I say you did your 24 hrs Herr Kaleun, now go sink a few ships!!

You sure it's AM02? :hmm:

There's no AM02 grid allocated in GWX2 because there is a stock bug that affects any grid where the first digit is 0. The result is, as you've experienced, no recognition for reaching it or patrolling it.

The solution is to change it in SH3Cmdr before you start the patrol. Of course, this won't fix the strange occurrance of you receiving it in the first place. :hmm:
