That's too bad, he was one of my favorite actors. Who will kill the shark for us now?

Ol' Roy is up there with Robert Shaw right now. Chumming probably. Shaw's yelling: "Hooper! Where the hell are ya?"
Hard to believe Shaw's been gone for about 30 years now. Another fine actor.

2010 is another movie of his that I rather enjoyed watching.
Isn't his last name is Scheider, and not Schneider?

Yeah, that was not a bad movie. I liked it as a kid. It spurned off Airwolf. I liked Roy and especially in Jaws. "We're gonna need a bigger boat" is one of my all time favorite lines from the movies. RIP Roy. I grew up watching you and enjoying every minute of it.

That sucks. I read about his demise last night. He will always be Capt. Nathan Bridger to me. That was one of my favorite shows.
R.I.P! A great actor  .
Another great one passes away.
I loved that line he delivered in JAWS. "Your going to need a bigger boat."

He's not really dead; it's just great acting.

Don't forget Misery!
He died of what my father in law has, and is under treatment for. The percentages for survival aren't that high, but we hope for the best.:)

I liked to watch him. What is the English title of this crime movie where he played with Meryl Streep, I think she was working in a museum, and he was a psychologist, and the murders took place in Central Park?
Not all movies I saw him in where really great movies, but no movie i think, ever was a real dissapointment. Jaws 1+2, of course, and Odyssey 2010 - no good movie, but again, it was fun to watch him and focus on him.

Hmmm. You may be thinking of James Caan.

In the Still of the Night. 1982 movie I think.
