Who the hell makes votes for those retarded laws? "You may not force a monkey to smoke a cigarette!" or "You may not eat watermelon in a park!"

I don't know where you found that nonsense...and some of them wouldn't at ALL surprise me to be on some book or another...but what's really sad, is although that little list just might affect a few folks...the Federal Law's that rob and cheat the Country as a whole, are far more reaching...affecting EVERY State, and all of it's people... :x

Hey KD.... as an employee of the State for over 22 yrs...thought I'd share this with ya..They issue a news bulletin called "the Torch" monthly... I was looking for something else this morning, but ran across this..

"It is the policy of the Indiana Department of Administration, as
custodian of State buildings and grounds under Indiana Code
4-20.5-6-5, that all parts of the buildings and grounds of the
Indiana Government Center Campus in Indianapolis be
designated smokefree effective January 1, 2006"

Donw out here in a city called Northridge, I believe. They pass a new law banning smoking in your own apartment. And there has been a rule now for some time in bars and restaurants not allowing any smoking at all, even on the outside patios.

Yea Mate...Big Brother just keeps getting bigger! I know of several Corporations that do not allow you to smoke in your car, in their parking lot
