1. How long does it take the ship's carpenters to repair badly damaged ships? Many hours(too fast)? Days?

2. Can you use a "spell of magical sailing" to sail past close-hauled?

3. What efficiency hit does the ship take as the crew is killed?

(if the answers are 1. 0 minutes, 2. yes, and 3. crew isn't killed, it isn't a naval combat game).
