Finally, I decided to experiment with the ME-163 "Komet" fighter. After about 15 minutes of flying, I managed to reach 65,360 meters above the Earth's surface (roughly 196,080 feet). Earth's atmosphere extends about 400,000 feet, meaning I made a little under half the trip out of our planet and beyond (lol). Unfortunately, I hit a "wall" and magically stalled back down (at one point, the jet became stuck, and I couldn't descend! I was being FORCED up into the sky!).
