How do you get rid of popup AIRCRAFT SPOTTED with multiple choice ?

When it pops up you have a space to tick bottom left IIRC
Always choose this or something like that

Pick either dive\carry on with orders or attack then check the other box and when aircraft are spotted the box wont pop up and whatever you chose will happen automatically
May take a couple of go's for it to " stick "
