Hey!!! My first contribution, as a noobie!

Go to Send U It (http://www.senduit.com/), as long as it's 100MB or less, and you can upload the file and simply copy/paste the link in a forum or emial. The only downside is that it expires in a maximum of 7 days (and possible slow download speed, at times).

I've used it many times, to tansfer files to friends that I fly IL2 with. It's usually fast, affordable (free!) and reliable.

Dude, FileFront is free and easy. Even a kindergarten school drop out like me can do it. Just press browse to where you have the file to upload from your hard disk and the site does the rest. It then gives you a link for you to copy and paste to anywhere. To upload multiple files just look for the tab 'upload multiple files' and a number of empty 'browse' spaces appear. Just use each one in turn for your files. I know it's frustrating but don't take it out on the kind folks here. Many here, including myself don't like to hold hands and guide each and every step. We get funny looks sometimes.

Are you sure FileFront isnt just checking them before they make them freely availiable? Hosting sites tend to do that :hmm:

Poor old Clayp. Could someone do an illustration to guide him. That is, if you have the time and cool sofware like Photoshop. I have neither here right now.

I'll have a dig around for other hosting alternatives for you. By the way, you dont need to call me sir, though I appreciate the sentiment. There are several people around here who are more deserving of such a title ;)

You can only load one file at a time up to FileFront. As that file is Uploading, you CANNOT go looking at other Websites (the Filefront instructions say "Do Not navigate away while file is Uploading").....Just sit and watch the little green bar scroll across, showing progress which is usually fairly slow....Filefront will announce to you when it has Finished Uploading and when it has confirmed everything is set and your Uploaded file is listed at your "Page".

THEN, and only then, can you begin your second upload.

Sounds to me like you were trying to upload all seven at one time or overlapping your attempts (starting a new one before an earlier one is Finished).

I'd suggest you start again and proceed slowly...ONE upload at a time.
