I thought Schindler's List was superb to all other films on the subject (though I did like Jakob the Liar).

I liked The Pianist. I thouight its slightly more understated style was very effective.

^^
It was a good film. Adrien Brody did an exceptional job in it, especially when it came to saying the lines. He has lilt to his voice, and I like that in an actor/actress.

The Pianist.
Voted for Schindler's List. Just saw it again the other day after few years. The girl in the red dress/coat has to be one of the most powerfull scene(s) in movie history.

That was a very sad moment. I don't know. Did that scene get any acclaim by reviewers in the history of cinema?

I voted for Schindler's List, though there was also another one that was missing: Life is Beautiful.

Elite, if you got nothin constructive to add, bugger off. we all know how much you disagree with followers of judaism.
And my vote too goes to schindler's list. superb movie, moving, well filmed, well directed.

i was thinking more along the line of "you should have added the option 'dont like any of them other choice' to the poll "
Would "I am a blathering anti-semite" be an even better option for you perhaps?
I like The Pianist and Schindler's List about equally, actually...

Schindler's List is the only one I can remember seeing (may have seen another but it's too long ago to remember the name of it) So Schindler's List gets the vote!

also another one that was missing: Life is Beautiful.
Just to let you UK people know, Life Is Beautiful is showing on Film4 at the minute.
Caught it last night and I have to say I have never laughed and almost cried during a holocaust film so much.

For the last time, the definition of anti-semitism:
Antisemitism (alternatively spelled anti-semitism or anti-Semitism, also known as judophobia) is prejudice (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prejudice) and hostility toward Jews (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jew) as a religious (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Religion), racial (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Race_%28classification_of_human_beings%29), or ethnic group (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethnic_group). While the term's etymology (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Etymology) indicates that antisemitism is directed against all Semitic peoples (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Semitic_peoples), since its creation it has been used exclusively to refer to hostility towards Jews.
