Is There A Mod That Fixes The Bug Of Being Destroyed When You Dive To Say 30 Meters. If The Bug Is Active You Dive And Without Being Atacked The Boat Gets Crippled By Lots Of Damages And Flooding She Will Sink Eventually. Please Help Because It Is Happening A Lot. I Dont Know What To Do Know

Have you been in action previous to this? If so, you may have incurred damage which prevents you from diving safely.

In 1.4 they added a hull integrity indicator to the upper left (I believe) of the damage screen. Check that and see if it's reading something other than zero. The higher the number, the greater the hull damage, and the more likely you are to suffer this effect.
