Can't believe I really watched that movie in the cinema back then - and even laughed about it...

My other hobby is the realm of the paranormal [hauntings] in particular. This will be a must have game for me, I wonder if their considering making a new revamped Ghostbuster movie.......:hmm:

With this, I'm not sure it's related to the game, but it is nonetheless cool, and could possibly be :p

Cop: "We caught this guy wanderin' aimlessly. We didnt know what to make of him, so we brought him here"
Louis Tully: "I am the Keymaster, are you the Gatekeeper?"
*Egon gets a spectral meter out, it goes off the scale*
Egon: "....You better bring him inside."

I remember playing Ghostbusters on the old NES. So far the screenshots and videos look like a 3rd person perspective. I hope it will be in 1st-person, too.

I actually own both editions of the Role Playing Game that was published by West End Games when the first movie came out. It's one of the funiest, and easiest to learn pencil and paper role playing games ever written !:D
We used to play it all the time.
I also had the Commador 64 version. I remember not being too impressed by it.

Lol, I've played that game and it's just terrible! Here's what one informed reviewer has to say about it: The Angry Video Game Nerd's Review of Ghostbusters on the NES (http://www.gametrailers.com/player/17324.html)
Caution: Lots of bad language.

Oh I will definately have to purchase a copy of this. Also on the subject of Ghostbusters, apparantly the only one who stood in the way of Ghostbusters 3 was Bill Murray. Shame really.

According to Ernie Hudson, all of them will be back to voice this game. Maybe its success will change Bill's mind?
Though I dont really want a new movie in CGI, too many are doing that right now.

It could do, to be honest - I think the thing that puts Bill off returning is the weight of the "proton packs" lol
In Ghostbusters 1, it was he who complained the most about how heavy they were, and in Ghostbusters 2 they actually wrote in a joke where he delivers the line
"oh I always hated this part of the business" and shows him stumbling as he puts his pack on.
