I agree wholeheartedly.

How do you like them? My personal favorite is a stew with red new potatoes, shallots, baby carrots, some fresh pressed garlic, and of course the ever popular Kitchen Bouquet.

Serve that over some nice homemade biscuits. Mmmmmm, Heaven....
