Is there also a mod or webpage where i can find a recognition manual thats shows the weak spots of ships for the one kill

I've not seen a graphic represenation even talked about, but search these forums and you'll find a plethora of discussions describing where to hit the ships for best effect. There is no such thing as a one hit guareteed kill on every ship (unless you mod the torps for nuc capability) in this game.
