Patch v 1.4b (Version Question)

I have a quick question about the v1.4b patch.

Once installed should it show 1.4 or 1.4b in the lower right hand corner?
Mine still shows just 1.4.

The patch I downloaded is "silent_hunter_3_dvd_1.4b_emea.exe" so it looks like the 1.4b patch.

When I run the patch at the top of it's scren it has "Silent Hunter III EMEA DVD v1.0 to 1.3 Update Patch.

I have the cheap value range DVD that already says v 1.4 (not 1.4b) the the patch installer checks and says it can update so I do. The Australian version seems to be the EMEA version as I tried the USA patch and it would not work.

Could someone let me know if the 1.4b patch should display 1.4b or just 1.4.

Also should the 1.4b patch show the correct version on the install screen, or did UBI forget to update the patch installer notes?

1.4 is what it should say there, so you're ready to go.

1.4 as such was never released to the public. If it says 1.4, you have 1.4b and you're fine.
