GWX DVD coverr

I remember there was a dvd cover graphics some avaliable some time ago.I can't download it using the links in the GWX thread. Could someone hang them on the web?I wanted to print it and have a boxed version of GWX in case of HD crash or to install it easily on my laptop later on.
