Can I make Mark 18s free?

I hate having to pay for the Mark 18s! Is there any way to make them free?

Some torpedos should cost renown such as the Mark 23, but the Mark 18 shouldn't because it was quite common and I heard that the Mark 18 was fired by subs more times than the Mark 14 (correct me if I'm wrong).

There is a JSGME ready mod that drops the price to 0 for all years they are available.

Was easier to do it than explain it, lol. Open the text file all the way inside and take a look, pretty self explanatory.
