Hello all, I love SH4 game but having hard time playing it, i dont know much about naval systems and how to find enemy and stuff, Please Help me

Yeah, I had a hard time too. But the nice crew here will gladly answer your questions as most of them are more qualified than I. Take a look at the Sticky Threads in here and you might find your answers.

Guys whats the defrence between Electric and Steam Torpedo?

Steam torpedoes leave wakes that can be seen on the surface. Enemy ships may spot the wakes and attempt to manuever to avoid them. Electric torpedoes were wakeless. The electric torpedoes weren't available until later in the war.

If you're not aware there were serious problems with the US MK14 torpedo until mid-to-late 1943. Wikipedia or searching this forum should find you the specifics.
