Depth Gauges/Clocks..?

Hello..I was looking on the Discussion Boards and ran across one member who had made a "U-Boat Room" in his house.....I believe all the comments were in Spanish so really couldnt understand all the notes....however on one photo there is what appears to be a U-Boat Depth Gauge....or maybe its a Clock made to look like a Depth Gauge....I would love to have one of these to put with my U-Boat Prints....does anyone have any idea where they can be located...??..I appreciate you taking the time to answer....Regards....and HAPPY NEW YEARS.....Hans Fischer:cool:

It looks like he made it. The images are gone so i cant find the exact post. Just buy a simple wall clock from wal-mart (http://www.walmart.com/search/search-ng.do?search_constraint=0&search_query=wall+clock&ic=24_0) and paste a printout of the gauge you want on the clock face, you may need to remove the hands.

Hi Swifty....Thanks for the note.....Im not that good a "computer person"...so where would I go to obtain a "Depth Face" for a clock...its a Super idea and i would like to do it....my problem is finding the print for the face.....can you help..?..or tell me where to look..?..I appreciate it..very much.....Thanks...Hans Fischer:cool:

I remember someone made a depth gauge clock on this form a few years back.

If your stuck because you can't get a printer/glossy paper big enough to print the
depth gauge, then I can't help.

If you just need a image to print, then I can make you a high resolution one if you like.
All I ask is that you mail me a copy if you get it printed out. ;)

You can also ask the moders to supply the skin from SH3 or 4.

Most print shops should be able to print any size you want and on what material and gloss or matt finish.
