Watch Officer is Lazy!

Here I am crusing at Periscope depth and hit a tanker... dead in its tracks. I then surface to give the gun crew some needed target practice. I then look and my watch officer (who also has the gunnery Qual.) is in the crew quarters taking a nap!! As a matter of fact whenever I surface, He never joins the watch crew. What is up?

If your referring to one of your senior officers then no, they don't automatically go up top, you need to manually drag them into position. Similarly so for the Petty Officers, but on;y on occasion. Stock game glitch I'm afraid http://www.psionguild.org/forums/images/smilies/wolfsmilies/pirate.gif

Apparently there's no fix/mod for it yet? Im using GWX3 and it still happens...im using the dive for 5 mins-listen on the hydrophone for a while and then surface technic when in rough seas/night and having to relocate the lazy WO every time im surfacing it's kinda silly!:damn:

Remember, crew fatigue was a Stock SH3 feature.
You had to drag your watch officer to the conningtower to ensure the player checks the crew screen and recognizes any fatigue problems.

It's hard coded and can't be modded (by now).

No fatigue mod is incomplete...

:rotfl:Sorry mate,it just sounded funny how you said it.I have a tactic for you,shoot your watch crew and sling em overboard for that breach of duty!
