hi hunters

just a quick question.

i seem to be logged in sometimes and leave it so, while im out or doing something else.

then when i come back im still logged on the websight page, but when i click the next page it comes up logged out - or 'log in' but im already logged in. do you get me ??

i have logged in, but much later, i appear to have to log in again....? :hmm:

It always happens, it would seem as if the server would log you out after a specific amount of time. Sometimes you are posting something and after clicking on submit, you get the log in page again

Check your Windows settings are to 'Remember Passwords' :arrgh!:

Passwords and cookies. If your system is setup to delete cookies on reboot or at a set time when a scan/clean runs, you will have to re-enter the info.

Tool.

Jimbuna, where do i find these settings - this might be it.

i use CCleaner alot to wipe off the crap ( no personal habits implied ! ), i'm probably wiping out these cookies.

help and support has dissapeared from my computer, something about can not find helpctre.exe.

it wants to go online to find a programme to open it. i must admit, that when i had a dodgy graphics card i thought that by deleting or disabling unecessary programmes , this would help sh3.

"I WAS SUCH A FOOL BACK THEN - I KNEW SOOO little !!"

it turned out to be the g/card not other programmes, i thought, hogging the limelight.

oh well...

If you're getting a prompt to go online, it will probably be Microsoft, this site will give you information on this subject and how to remedy the problem you're encountering.
