When i played a mediterranean career in GWX i was saved by the luftwaffa from getting my sub crushed like an egg. Yesterday in GWX 2 in the same spot (South east of valleta and near an allied port) i stalked a lone merchant... i thought. I was at periscope depth at the time and my SO picked up a warship. I did a quick scan and saw the merchant going down. Not wanting to get into a battle with a destroyer i dedided to go deep when i was pinged. I increased speed and changed direction right as charges were dropped.
I then heard multiple splashes at once. I went to external cam and there were 2 stukas attacking the destroyer who was fighting back. One stuka went down. The depth charges began again and caused severe flooding in the stern. i was sinking. After the holes were fixed i went to periscope and saw the stuka doing a flyby over a sinking destroyer. Anyway sry for long post just wierd the same thing happened before around the same spot.
