I was just wondering whether the sh3 mini tweaker is still being used (for GWX2) by some of you, as the latest addition is historically fine tuned, so changing ship parameters would almost be sacriledge:).
The only reason I wanted to edit something was the under water visibility, but it didn't seem to do much about that. In GWX2 the water seems somewhat clearer.

You can do this using SH3 Commander.;)

I wouldn't advise using Minitweaker as the 'tweak' files for it are not updated with GWX 2.0 settings, more than likely, something will break.

Files are changeing so fast now days that TT's tools are almost
useless to the average user unless you stick with stock SH3.

SH3Analyzer I still use for repetitive tasks.
I write my own rules then.

There is a tool in the SH4 forums some like.
I find it lacking at what I do,
and it brands my files while breaking them.

Hex editing is the proven tool.
