Do yall know of any new driving games for the PC that would work with Track IR? I want somthing other than nascar. Thankks!
I'm pretty sure the TOCA games should work. I know the one I have (titled as V8 Supercars 2 in Australia) is a pretty good game. It covers nearly all types of racing, including NASCAR.

You should get rFactor. 1000 games in 1, thanks to a truly great mod community. (This is a racing simulator)
Here is a video of my league racing GT`s at Le Mans:

A very good start would be GTR2 with the " Power & Glory " mod added.
All the nice features of GTR2 ( rain etc ) and the fantastic cars of GTL.

recommended by experience:
GTR-2 (advantage: many many tracks as downloads available, and mods)
Richard Burns Rally
Both are simulation-heavy.
heared much good about:
rFactor.
Fun-games like NFS and Test Drive are not for me.

Grand Prix Legends.
I am serious. This game is 10 years old but with all the updates it's still unsurpassed. It's unbelievable how good the graphics compare to newer games:
