Could I just make a courteous plea to people who are d/l the GWX 2.0 mod via a torrent.
We are now three days post release and (figures taken from my server) 30GB has been seeded, with an accompanying statistic of nearly 30 completed downloads.
I am upping it at almost my maximum bandwidth allowance (after making allowances for TS and a few other programmes).
Sadly, there are currently only 17 seeders, therefore, can I rerspectfully ask that anyone who takes this torrent, would they please spare a thought for those who are attempting to and seed it back to at least its full value.
That way everyone will get the mod much more quickly.

The link is available from the GWX Home Page.

Thanking you all in anticipation of your co-operation

SINK EM ALL!! :arrgh!:

Roger that Jim.

The more people that seed, the faster everyone gets the files.

Just leave the program running while you do other stuff, it will not interfere with your normal PC use. Even dialup users can help.

Please do not try to help if you are limited to 'Pay as you go' internet, we don't want to cost you money.;)

The choice is yours mate.....you can d/l it as a torrent or a collection of files from various mirrors (links available from the GWX 2.0 Home Page) or as one file from Gameshadow

I have lots of bandwidth and will keep seeding it for at least the next couple of weeks. Whatever I can do to help spread the joy.

While on the topic of downloading... I've been trying to download SH4 mods and training videos for months, but it seems that filefront has basically cut off my area (Japan). I always get an error message and no download. The only way I've found to get around it is to use another computer, which then gets 1 D/L only and then no more. Clearing cookies, etc. doesn't work.
It seems that most mods etc. are put up on filefront. I'd like to know if anyone has any ideas for getting these files another way? If other people are having problems like this, I'd be happy to seed torrents of popular ones, if I could just get the files!

There are many alternative sites that host files....Megauploas, Rapidshare etc. etc.
I'd suggest you do a google search
You might also want to check any adware and pop up blocking programmes you may have installed, to see if something is preventing you from accessing FF :hmm:
