Other than the one you metioned I know of at least two more that are called Operation Petticoat, and Below. I'd say that the first one is much better that the second one.
I own the book of Monserrat - Cruel sea - and it is great. Read it over and over again. Film is dated and could use a facelift.
Run Silent , Run Deep is a classic, and one of my favorites. I hope you don't mind the Pacific Theatre though.;)

The book of Run Silent, Run Deep is also better than the film.
Other films to try, not all WWII though or based around subs but all are naval films and should be of interest:
K219: The Widow Maker
The Hunt For Red October
Hostile Waters
Sink The Bismark
Above Us The Waves
The Caine Mutiny
In Which We Serve
The Battle Of The River Plate
Master and Comander: The Far Side Of the World
Tora Tora Tora
Mush Martin

And it could use a River Class at the end instead of a Castle class.

The Caine Mutiny! Excellent book and movie.
Douglas Reeman's "His Majesty's U-Boat" and The Last Raider" are good, although "The Last Raider" takes place in 1917.
Other movies:
Destination Toyko (US WWII propaganda flick)
Western Approaches (Merchantmen documentary)
The Bedford Incident (Cold war movie)
The Bad Wolf

Have to agree on Sink the Bismarck. Remember lying hungover on a sofa on a sunday afternoon with my new girlfriend watching that film. That was 6 years ago and I've got 2 kids now :hmm:
