I'm on my 5th patrol now.
I decided to delete unnecessary saved files using the Delete Saved button.
It so happened that the system deleted not only the file that I pointed to, but also all the saved files up to that particular deleted save
Luckily I have my entire saved file packed in a ZIP file.
I restored the files back to their place but now the system says that something wrong with my carrier.
When I loading the game, all looks fine through the menus and the game loads up to the very end and then a message popes on the screen saying:
Silent Hunter II has encountered a problem and need to close…
And this is the error signature:
AppName: SH3.EXE Appver: 14.0.1 ModNmae: SH3.EXE
Appver: 14.0.1 Offset: 000ba5ea
:shifty:
How can I restore my sinking carrier?
Or, how can I tell which problem is it? (and fix it myself)
TIA,
Temujin
